COLLEGE PARK

Residents of College Park may be in walking distance to the Orange County Fairgrounds. They are also conveniently close to South Coast Plaza for Shopping and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

The Costa Mesa neighborhood of College Park draws it’s name from the fact that many of it’s streets are named after prestigious universities, such as Cornell, Rutgers, Villanova, Wake Forest, Notre Dame, Fordham, and others.

A second good reason for the name is the fact that College Park is actually home to two fine institutions of higher learning in Costa Mesa.  College Park is adjacent to the campuses of both Orange Coast College, and Vanguard University.

Some of the other special amenities of College Park include:

Parks: Wilson Park & Civic Center Park
Sushi: Niko Niko & Sushi Sho Japanese Restaurant
Pizza: Nick’s Pizza
Mexican Food: Amorelia Mexican Cafe
Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt: America’s Cup
Local Attractions: Orange County Fairgrounds,
OC Marketplace, Pacific Amphitheatre
Local Activities: Biking, running, walking and skateboarding.
