Heller Park is named for Charles “Chuck” Heller, who was Costa Mesa’s first Superintendent of Streets, otherwise known as the Public Works Director. It was Heller’s idea to make the land a community park.
This 2.6-acre park is quiet and centrally located in the neighborhood. It includes a picnic area, playground, water fountain, restroom, shelter, and greenbelt. This park is situated in Eastside Costa Mesa.
