Harper Park is named after Gregory Harper who was the founder of the town Harper,which is the town that was here before Costa Mesa.  Harper is a very important part of Costa Mesa’s past – the former railroad station and first school were named for him.

 

The 1-acre park features a playground and 2 picnic tables. It is a quiet suburban park in Eastside Costa Mesa.
