Mesa North

Mesa North is situated between Fairview Rd., Baker St., the 73 Freeway and the 405 Freeway. the area consists of approximately 800 single-family homes plus apartments, condos, and townhomes. Many of the homes were built in the early 1960s and tend to be one-story California ranches and some two-story homes. The homes typically have 3-4 bedrooms, are on quiet streets, and have backyards. Many of the streets are cul-de-sacs.

Many of the streets are named after past presidents and some are named after state capitals as well. The Mesa North Shopping Center contains a Starbucks, French’s Bakery, CVS and more. Mesa North is located within 1 mile of South Coast Plaza for upscale shopping and the Anti-Mall for a more laidback shopping experience with a unique flair.

Students attend schools that are part of the Newport Mesa Unified School District. The area high school is Costa Mesa High School, which offers great educational and recreational opportunities for students… Go Mustangs!
