Mesa North is situated between Fairview Rd., Baker St., the 73 Freeway and the 405 Freeway. the area consists of approximately 800 single-family homes plus apartments, condos, and townhomes. Many of the homes were built in the early 1960s and tend to be one-story California ranches and some two-story homes. The homes typically have 3-4 bedrooms, are on quiet streets, and have backyards. Many of the streets are cul-de-sacs.

Many of the streets are named after past presidents and some are named after state capitals as well. The Mesa North Shopping Center contains a Starbucks, French’s Bakery, CVS and more.
