Warm weather is finally here! That means it's Garage Sale time!!

This past weekend we hosted our first garage sale of the season here in Westside Costa Mesa.

It was organized by Estancia's alumni and fellow Costa Mesa residents, Kendra Fisher & Ryan Knapp.

The garage sale was truly a successful event. Thank you to all of our wonderful neighbors. We had a total of 17 residents participate in this year's garage sale! WOW!

The clear, sunny morning started with our customary donut delivery to each garage sale participant. The assortment of Dunkin donuts were super delicious!!

There were lots of great finds, yummy donuts and community fun.

Now that our first garage sale of the year is in the books, we can't wait for the next one! Stay tuned...
